September Manifestation Voyage: Day One (September 1, 2016)

Happy September! (Smiles) 

This morning, I woke-up feeling hollow, depressed and heartbroken! Is it Mercury Retrograde? May I receiving someone else’s energy?

For someone who suffers from depression these emotions are unbearable.  All day, I wanted to hide in my bed with my piglet and watch Netflix. Yes, I still sleep with a stuffed animal and I love to watch Murder She Wrote, Psych, Sherlock, and British shows on Netflix. Also, sink my sorrows in Jameson. Side note:  drinking does not help depression, it merely numbs the unwanted emotions.  

It is start of a new month and new journey. I will do my best to create positive practices.   

I noticed, when reciting my affirmations and viewing my visions boards, I could not feel it in my heart, as I typically do. Yesterday, I had joyfully composed the affirmations and cleaned up my vision boards. Today, I feel bare, gloomy, and simply heartbroken. Being an empath, one does collect everyone’s energy (MUST GROUND MYSELF). Though we are far apart, I can still feel my past partner’s energy. May I channeling his emotions? These next few days will be tough for him, is that what it is? I am hoping tomorrow will be a better day. 

Today, I also started thinking positively. In order to manifest, you must have a positive mind and positive thoughts. In order to attract positivity, you must be positive. Like attracts like! Light attacks light! This practice brought into light, how negative my thoughts and emotions are. When someone wrongs me, my emotions take over. I had negative thoughts about my career, my ex-partner, a colleague, an intuitive and from past matters. As soon as the negativity took over, I slowly changed my thoughts and did my best to concentrate on the positive. I need to create a practice, where my thoughts veer towards positive. 

My lesson for today: 

We have complete control over our thoughts.
If or when you experience a negative thought or gossip, STOP and replace that thought space with a positive affirmation. The positivity that you send to the universe will return back to you, same will apply with negativity. 

Stop gossiping. 
We all gossip! It is a fact! When you speak unkindly about an individual (it does not matter if they have wronged you), you are sending negative energy to that person and the negativity will return back to you. To end a conversation that is pinpointed on gossip, add a positive statement. That will shift your energy away from the negative talk. 

Positive affirmations will help you attain your positive desires. 
Chanting affirmations (verbally or mentally) will help etch them into your subconscious. This will help change your thought process positively. Your beliefs will eventually become your reality. Repeating your affirmations numerous times a day attracts the positive results.

Gratitude! 
When you are in the energy of gratitude, you are elevated to a level of compassion, love, and hope which is the perfect formula for creating the life you want. The happier you are, the more positive energy you have to manifest!
