I’m Bringing Sexy BACK!
Get Back in Shape with Affirmations
(Day Two)
(Day Two)
Per my last post yesterday, I had to restart my voyage. I had a major setback during the long weekend. We are programmed to be negative in darkness but we have the power to light a candle to see the full image. I am learning how to shut the inner demons but it is hard. It is a working progress. I truly need to learn to forgive for my sake.
Another area of my life, I need to and must focus on is my fitness and my physique.
You wonder how a person can allow their forms do get out of shape. Well…… I realized that when I stood on the scale (WTF). It relates to life, lifestyle, situations, depression, and darkness. I have suffered from depression for ages. I can easily find comfort in unhealthy meals, snacks and drinking when life throws me a curve ball. I am working to changing my behaviors by using proper affirmations and soon self-hypnosis.
I MUST motivate myself to workout, eat better and STOP drinking. By December ’16, I want WILL have my body back, better than ever!
Experiment
• I will use the affirmations below and the vision board I created on Pinterest to see the positive results. “Positive thoughts, positive results!”
o I will document by results at the end of the month 30-Sep-16.
• I will recite the affirmations twice a day and use the vision board to affirm the images. I only used images I was able to relate too. Also, I limited the images. Too much clutter can/ may be confusing.
Affirmations for Fitness
• The unwanted fat is simply and easily melting away from my body.
• Day by day I look trimmer and stronger, and I maximize my physical potential.
• Every action I take moves me towards my perfect body.
• Day after day my body becomes younger and fitter and my muscles become stronger and more defined.
• Every moment of every day I am becoming trimmer and fitter.
• Each physical activity I take part in helps me to reach my ideal weight.
• As my body becomes toned I feel a great sense of freedom.
