Taking A Leap

I woke this morning on Monday, 29-Aug-16, overpoweringly heavy hearted. Was it Monday blues? Is my body preparing for mercury retrograde?  What is it?

The year (2016) is coming to an end and I have not accomplished a single goal I had set for myself. I am still single, professionally not content, struggling to push myself to return back to school, procrastinating to start my new age practice, which brings me with so much joy.

On 29-July-16, I ended a five year relationship. I am disheartened that I squandered five years of my life with this soul. By not communicating with him, has helped me learn about my desires in a partner. This relationship was a wonderful learning journey for which I am grateful. I am appreciative for every second shared and for the wonderful memories.

I worked for an ensure tyrant for five years in a medical device company in the Bay Area. I am pleased to no longer work in an antagonistic, unethical and destructive atmosphere. I am pleased with my new career, which I have had for a year and manifested in two weeks but I am not satisfied.  I need a change, NOW.

For past few months, I have been working on manifesting, but I do practice it continuously. Frequently, I have been listening to Abraham Hicks, reciting affirmations and for past week doing my best to only allow positive thoughts in my vortex. However, my inner gremlin takes control and I sail towards deep dark waters filled with sharks.

Today I decided I will practice a manifestation fast starting 01-September-16.

Step One:
Make a list, detailing what you want to improve about yourself or your life.
a.       Disregard each negative thought. Change the negativity into positive.

Step Two
Write affirmation or affirmations for each manifestation.
a.       It is important to practice positive verbiage only. Do not use negative verbiage.
                                                               i.      Example: Negative affirmation – “My soulmate/twin flame does not cheat, he/she is honest.”
ii.      Example: Positive affirmation – “My soulmate/twin flame is open, honest, loyal, and faithful. Our relationship is built on love and trust.”

Step Three
Create a vision board for each manifestation. I used Pinterest to create my vision boards, therefore I have access to it, ALWAYS.
                                 i.            You can make your vision boards private, therefore only you will have access to it.
ii.            Note: If you are manifesting a partner (twin flame, soulmate, spouse), use images of couples, all happy images only.

Step Four
                                 i.            Recite your affirmations daily and view your vision boards daily. Dream it, believe it, live it!
ii.            Throughout the day hold the thought/thoughts for seven seconds. How amazing it will be to have all your desires profiled.

Disclaimer: This is the practice, I will employ for my private use to accomplish my goals.
